Landing | An Apartment Subscription Company

reinventing renting

As a Senior Growth Marketer, I build, scale, and manage our entire growth funnel. I played a role in everything from acquisition, activation, revenue, retention, and referral.

With Landing’s product being a fully furnished apartment, the buying journey is complex. This requires a diverse growth strategy that utilizes various tools and channels – that required me to build, test, and scale them in order to drive efficient growth for Landing.

Ampush | Growth Marketing and Digital Strategy

ANALYZE. TEST. SCALE. REPEAT

As a Growth Marketing Analyst, I analyzed data to build and test new growth strategies to scale businesses. From the moment you see an ad on Facebook, to searching about it, to visiting the website, and ultimately buying a product, is all being optimized and tested. As a Growth Marketing Analyst at Ampush, you’re the main product of the company and have total control over your client’s growth strategy. I’ve worked with 4 D2C companies such as STARZ, Anova, Rocksbox, and more to scale their business and drive growth.

Rooster Teeth

From fan to intern to employee, it’s been a wild ride.

As the Growth Marketing Coordinator, I use audience and market data to build and test new advertising products to eventually scale and go to market with them. I actively work on ad products and campaigns to engage more clients and connect to our audience. Working at Rooster Teeth, I gained product marketing skills, collaborated with others to create branded content, and learned about working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

As the Business Operations Associate, I developed and executed an inbound marketing strategy designed to generate more qualified and educated leads and built 2 business websites to be used as a sales tool to acquire new clients. Not only that, but I integrated new tools for the sales team to use, to be more effective and data-driven. As we launched our Roost Podcast Network, I was responsible for the brand strategy and communication of it.

I joined Rooster Teeth in 2016 working in Sales and Business Development. I supported the Integrated Marketing team at Fullscreen, working with huge brands such as Activision, Intel, HP, Bethesda, Amazon, and more to create branded content experiences for one of the largest and most engaged audiences across all of entertainment.

Vrbo

A company that is growing and changing the way we think of travel.

As the Product Marketing Intern on the traveler team, I gained a totally different perspective than being on the partner team. I worked on projects across the entire consumer shopping experience, brought multiple new products to market, and coordinated many product A/B tests with global and local markets. I worked alongside design, market research, and international global teams to increase traveler’s trust in our marketplace. I identified over 40 pain-points and pitched over 20 new product tests and content enhancements across our customer journey.

I supported the partner marketing team on many global and regional projects. During my internship, I helped develop multiple landing pages, global email campaigns, and lead nurturing content. Most of the campaigns required me to work with our creative, product, and our automation team. Even though I was just an intern, I quickly learned and gained enough skills to be able to lead and manage 20+ marketing initiatives and campaigns.

As the Vice President of Member Experience and Chapter Affairs, I got to build and lead my own department of 4 officers who improved our member experience. We saw an increase of membership from 98 to 167 and an increase in member engagement from an average event attendance of 6 to 20 events. Not just that but I also integrated a CRM to store and analyze member information and engagement data in order to target and personalize members experience. All of our initiatives were cataloged in our Chapter Plan and Report which led us to be recognized as a top 25 International Chapter of AMA.

As Communications Officer of Texas AMA, I supported our organization by promoting events throughout the University, created a blogging committee, and analyzed our digital channels to find areas of growth.
